I received a hotpak for Christmas year of 2015. I tried to use it and I can't find the directions for heating anywhere.It is the German Shepherd dog if that helps out any. I really need to know how to heat it up without causing any damage to it or to myself. Please help me.

Bought the large turtle hotpak huggie from you 10 years ago at the strip district in Pittsburgh. It has seen me through 4 knee surgeries and my husband's 2 knee surgeries plus every other ache and pain. The turtle is used every day by one of us and it works as well as the day it was bought. Only trouble is, now I need to get another because one is not enough for the two of us!

I can't tell you how pleased I am with the 6 animals that arrived today. Much nicer than I expected. You make a really nice quality product. The little sloth is perfect for our 10 yr old granddaughter. She will love it and it is so her!!!!! All are perfect!!!! I will be buying more. i first saw Hotpak Huggies at the Franklin apple festival a few years ago. there were a TON of people in that little show area and i had to see why these "stuffed animals" were so amazing and attractive. so i walked over and was instantly confused, somebody was pulling one out of a microwave that they had there. one of the ladies walked over and handed me the turtle that she pulled out of the microwave and to my surprise, it was hot. she then stated that she hadn't warmed the little (big) guy up in over 2 hours, it was a tad chilly that day.

i was so shocked, so i walked around squeezing this turtle like a small child again and looked at the other animals that were available. i walked away because i was so overwhelmed with choices haha. ultimately, i went back and got the large penguin (as they are my fave animal) and left a happy kid (adult).

well, today, i decided that since i was so torn between the sea turtle that was handed to me to hug and the penguin that i purchased, that i would contact Belinda and get the sea turtle too. within 2 hours of contacting her, i was happily on my way with my newest addition!! 2 of my friends are amazed by both of mine and want some of their own, once they can decide on which one.

i still use my penguin to cuddle up with when its chilly or cold and now i use my turtle for aches and pains (he's flat so it's easier to lay against) and i couldn't be happier! great job and excellent customer service!! will do service again and i highly recommend.

I bought one of these for a friend a few years ago. This past weekend I was visiting her and got a stiff neck. I heated up the fuzzy friend and I was amazed at how long it stayed hot! Almost all night! I was impressed so I bought myself one tonight.

I first found your product at the Delmont Apple festival in 2010. It has been invaluable to me because it stays warm so long under the covers as opposed to other pads I have used in the past. I need to use it while I sleep to keep my muscles warm to minimize my trigger points (knots) that only seem to get bad when I am lying down.

I met you last weekend at the waterfront show I was selling Scentsy next to you:) I got the huge orange sea turtle and I love him!! Its so hot at my house and i have used my huggie as a cold pak every night. I love it! I will be buying more soon!!
