• What is our return/refund/exchange policy?

You may return an item for refund or replacement within 14 days of the shipment date. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. The item must be in the same condition as you received it.  You must call 412-537-1982 for authorization before you send the item back.  When you return an item,  please indicate the reason for the return. You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns.
