I even have an air conditioner in my bedroom all year long, even when it is freezing outside. So I thought, wow, your hot flash product would be ok but for MS patients it would be better if it came in something like a pillow that wraps around the neck, not sure what they are called, but it is a pillow to support your neck and if it had one of your cold packs in it, it would be a lifesaver for MS people.
