These GEL PACK EZ Heating Pads are made with a non-toxic water based gel pack that has absolutely no scent. Each one has velcro at both ends to hold it in place around your neck, wrists, knees, etc.
They are 6" X 24" and heat up in 2 to 3 1/2 minutes and stay warm for over 3 hours, up to 6 hours inside a jacket or under covers. To reheat them while they are still warm do it for half the time, then at 30 second intervals until the desired temperature is reached. No longer than 2 minutes.
These are also cold packs. Place them in the freezer for at least 12 hours for cold packs.
They can be hand washed and air dried. Made out of a soft, durable fleece, they are warm and cuddly.
